Who provides the full cleaning kit?

A full kit includes a vacuum, mop, bucket, cleaning products and cloths.

Instant confirmation

Select an open fixed block and book. The order is confirmed immediately. SMS is primary; email is the backup.

Cleaner starts and finishes

The cleaner taps Start on arrival and Done when finished. If service cannot start, they must give a reason.

Pay and review

Pay the cleaner directly by cash or Interac e-Transfer, then both sides may leave a review immediately.

Everyone is registered

Every person entering the home has a Do It Cleaner ID. A fixed two-person team is shown before booking.

Clear public history

Profiles show approval status, rating, reviews, experience and completed jobs. Optional social links add context.

No surprise charges

The price shown before Book is the price. There is no onsite add-on; extra work becomes a new booking.

Human exceptions

Cancel Booking, Can’t Start and Report a Problem all require a reason. No automatic rating punishment.
